Twitter deleted 200,000 Russian troll tweets. Read them here.

NBC News is publishing its database of more than 200,000 tweets that Twitter has tied to “malicious activity” from Russia-linked accounts during the 2016 U.S. presidential election. These accounts, working in concert as part of large networks, pushed hundreds of thousands of inflammatory tweets, from fictitious tales of Democrats practicing witchcraft to hardline posts from users masquerading as Black Lives Matter activists. Investigators have traced the accounts to a Kremlin-linked propaganda outfit founded in 2013 known as the Internet Research Association (IRA). The organization has been assessed by the U.S. Intelligence Community to be part of a Russian state-run effort to influence the outcome of the 2016 U.S. presidential race. And they’re not done.

People Raise Thousands Of Dollars For Man Who Said No To ICE

Fighting the evil which of this administration, and the Republican controlled  Congress, requires sacrifice. This gentleman did his part in the #resistance. And those who came to his aid also did the same:

Jordon Dyrdahl-Roberts made headlines last Wednesday when he tweeted that he’d quit his government job rather than process paperwork that could lead to the arrest and deportation of undocumented immigrants.

Now he’s broke and out of work. But his stand against President Donald Trump’s treatment of immigrant families has inspired hundreds of people to reach out and say thanks ― and to set up a GoFundMe page for him. In a matter of days, as of Tuesday, they had raised more than $11,000 to help Dyrdahl-Roberts regain financial footing.

“I am deeply humbled,” he told HuffPost, choking up. “I’ve got some breathing room now.”

Trump Attorney General Jeff Sessions makes reference to the “Anglo-American heritage of law enforcement”

The Trump administration doesn’t even care anymore whether they are called racists. They are going full white supremacist:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions sparked controversy Monday after making reference to the “Anglo-American heritage of law enforcement,” a comment interpreted by some critics as racially insensitive.

The remark was made in a speech to the National Sheriffs’ Association’s winter conference in Washington, D.C., as he thanked those in attendance and outlined the history of their positions in law enforcement.

“I want to thank every sheriff in America. Since our founding, the independently elected sheriff has been the people’s protector, who keeps law enforcement close to, and accountable to, people through the elected process,” said Sessions, adding, “The office of sheriff is a critical part of the Anglo-American heritage of law enforcement.”

Trump Organization properties posted 144 H2-B visa job openings. Only one went to a US worker.

“America First” doesn’t seem to apply to the president’s own businesses.

President Donald Trump’s businesses don’t seem too concerned about “America First.”

A Vox analysis of hiring records for seasonal workers at three Trump properties in New York and Florida revealed that only one out of 144 jobs went to a US worker from 2016 to the end of 2017. Foreign guest workers with H-2B visas got the rest.

Conservatives lash out at GOP spending binge

How ironic. Trump doesn’t care about deficits or debt because he’s no conservative. In fact, the New York conman made a career out of going bankrupt and being in debt. And very few Republicans–the supposed party of ‘fiscal responsibility–are speaking out because they’ve decided to hitch their wagons onto an psychotic presidency:

Deficit hawks in Congress and conservative activists who railed against President Barack Obama’s spending plans called the GOP debt explosion “dangerous,” ″immoral” and “a betrayal.”

American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp warned the Republican-controlled Congress not to underestimate the impact of responsible spending for voters.

“If the Republicans in Congress don’t realize that spending control is one of the most important issues that our winning coalition cares about, if they are cavalier about spending decisions, I think we do risk our ability to go to the voters and say it matters to have us in the majority,” he said.

The conservative backlash against government spending comes at a delicate moment for Trump’s Republican Party.

Are You One Of The 170 Million Americans Drinking Radioactive Tap Water?

Are we confident the government is doing something about this? I’m not. Just look at Flint. Our food and water is endangered. And now we have a madman in the White House. We need to take this seriously:

According to a new bombshell report from the Environmental Working Group (EWG), tap water for more than 170 million Americans contains radioactive elements that may increase the risk of cancer. The group examined 50,000 public water systems throughout the United States and found from 2010 to 2015, more than 22,000 water utilities reported radium in treated water.

Trump has Declared War on Working People and the Poor

5a81fb9c1e00002c007ab777He made many promises to the working people of our country. And millions voted for him believing he was ‘one of us.’ That was all a guise to get himself elected president. Now we are seeing the real Trump: indifference to the plight of the non-rich:

When he began his presidential campaign, Donald Trump promised to “save Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security without cuts.”

This is a promise, however, President Trump would like to break. Trump’s 2018 budget proposal that would cut all three programs, which help the most vulnerable in American society, by billions of dollars.

When will you die? Revolutionary AI predicts with 90% accuracy how long you may live

Researchers have developed a revolutionary AI system, a novel deep-learning algorithm that predicts the death of hospital patients with an unprecedented 90% accuracy.

Although the idea of predicting the death of an individual sounds unsettling and far-fetched, researchers from Stanford University have made it possible for a noble cause – providing appropriate end-of-life care to hospital patients.

People suffering from terminal diseases are in dire need of end-of-life care, specialised treatments targeted at improving quality of life while providing him relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness.

Someone In The White House Leaked Trump’s Secret Plan To Divide The Country With Racism

Now we know for a fact what many have suspected. Trump is using racism to keep himself and Republicans in power. Why not? It’s what got him into the White House in the first place.

A source close to the White House tells me that with an eye to getting Republicans excited about voting for Republicans in midterms, the president this year will be looking for “unexpected cultural flashpoints” — like the NFL and kneeling — that he can latch onto in person and on Twitter. The source said Trump “is going to be looking for opportunities to stir up the base, more than focusing on any particular legislation or issue.”

Texas mom dies from flu after skipping on meds deemed too costly

How does a teacher in America have to choose between medication and her finances. She died because we have a healthcare system that puts profit over the well being of patients. How many Americans are dying because they don’t have access to affordable care? We can debate what kind of healthcare system we create. The problem is we don’t have the debate because pharmaceuticals have powerful lobbies that literally write the laws of this country. You and I don’t matter. The politicians are owned by the healthcare industry:

A Texas mother of two died Sunday from flu complications after reportedly deciding that the $116 medication to treat the virus was too costly.

Heather Holland, a second-grade teacher at Ikard Elementary School in Weatherford, Texas, died following complications of flu, leaving behind her husband Frank Holland and two children, a daughter, 10, and a son, 7.

She reportedly started to feel sick a week ago and was going to pick up flu medication. Her husband said she decided not to purchase the medication because she thought the $116 price tag was too high, according to the Weatherford Democrat.

It is estimated that at the minimum 45,000 Americans die each year from a lack of access to healthcare.
