Borat was at it again. This time it was Rudolph Giuliani. Although, it is the second time he gets punked by the infamous comedian.
Giuliani, and his good friend, Donald Trump are saying that he was set up. That what looks like the former Mayor fondling himself is really him tucking his shirt in. Really?! Doesn’t look like it to me:
‘America’s Mayor’ like the song protests that it wasn’t him.
No tucking of shirt.
